Graphic Art
What I have done so far for Animus Gem.
The Website
Theme: Kadence (Blank Template)
Block Editor: Kadence
This was a lot of fun to make since it incorporated so much great tools. SMTP setup so the contact forms work. I did have to use an email service such as proton to get this to work, but now have custom email addresses. Was able to build a free newsletter service self-hosted called ListMonk. I also created a file sharing service through Docker as well that is safe and easy to use for everyone.
The website is built like an EPK (Electronic Press Kit) that has all the materials necessary material for promotion purposes. This is mainly straight forward and to the point when researching.
I added my own flair by dedicating a lot of pages, and making sure that the graphics are needed and help make the site feel custom.
The one issue I see like a sore thumb is the events page is really bad, and not too good on my SEO. The pages have a lot of trackers, and I see my website going in and out of 1st and unlisted.
Social Media
This was my main goal to begin with. Just help out the social media aspect and go from there. Well I am a bit further than that and have loved every second of it.
I have noticed trends and drop offs such as posting around 5pm is worse than posting at 12pm. As well as Instagram’s business features have a lot of great insight.
The idea with the social media posts is to get the brand out asap and shove it down the throats by making a post that looks great as possible. Especially since we cant do stories without syncing too much time into it.
Consulting
When asked about general question’s, social media, marketing, and promotions, I can find an answer or we can create a game plan that makes sense.
Another thing I have to work with is finding cheap and inexpensive ways to showcase ourselves.
Cost Effective Planning
The monthly running costs is dependent on the your power bill on a low end office computer to run most of this. The only costs associated are the domain for $24.99/Yearly and $7.99/Monthly for the email with SMTP send. I chose Proton Mail.
Because of this method, we were able to save roughly $50+/monthly. Mainly Mailchimp and WordPress Server Hosting being the most noticeable.
